Part of the truth is that Warren Krafchik who was very connected in government, and a “so- called ” socialist worked along side with Zackie Achmat and they wanted Patricia De Lille to succeed in Cape Town.Krafchik has his contacts with the United Nations along with his side- kick Marilyn Butler Norris and it is these people that got Patricia de Lille a leg up in Cape Town along with all the terrible hearsay that they heard about me and chose to believe. What a disappointment it must be for them and the Democratic Alliance as well as the ANC because none of them have performed to expectations.And in fact the entire country is riddled with corruption that has not yet been dealt with because most of the current judiciary has been hand picked by the most corrupt of all . Part of the truth is that Krafchik and his budgeters along with the United Nations have sabotaged my accounts and sabotaged most of South AFRICA at the same time.I have not seen Warren for over 30 years, but I can tell you I hate him. I dont know Patricia de Lille, but I see that she has failed miserably.Last month I had not enough money for accommodation and was lucky to buy a marvelous tent ,at an excellent price, which I pitched in the Company Gardens with the Park Manager’s permission. It would appear that Patricia heard about this and then decided to invest in a park in Mannenberg. After this appeared in the local papers, the police were instructed to do a sweep in the Company Gardens and they took every piece of clothing and every possession of the people who were staying in the park with the Park Manager’s permission. I can tell you that they do this regularly on the Parade as well- where our Mayor is supposedly the ” queen of social development” and has not one ounce of sympathy or empathy for the under privileged or anyone other than herself.” I fortunately escaped this as I booked myself into accommodation in Cape Town.But I can tell you that the government of Cape Town is no less corrupt than elsewhere in this country and the rot comes from the top.These people have helped to create the JUNK Status of South Africa. This is the only reason that dagga was recently legalised in South Africa – because people are so depressed in South Africa that they dont know anymore how to cope with the reality of what is.I know plenty people who are wealthy and gracious and have earned their money through their labour and efforts but this sense of unearned entitlement is just unacceptable. The answer is to stand up tall against this JUNK and not to allow this kind of behaviour and poor governance continue. If they are lonely and bored and dont know how to do their jobs, they should all be thrown out.

These are the less intelligent people who do not know how to work honestly towards their goals of success and they have spent many years enriching themselves vicariously off other people resulting in losses to highly intelligent and capable people. The “once and for all rule” dictates that a plaintiff is not permitted to bring more than one claim for damages on the same cause of action against the same Defendant ( As stated by RH Christie in the South African Law Journal, Volume 120, Issue 3, Jan 2003, p. 445 – 452). That means that all these third parties enlisted to reduce a High Court Damage Claim to an harassment case handled by the incompetence of the Magistrate’s Court is entirely redundant and puerile. It also means that you do not separate your claim to be handled by two different courts when you are discussing the same cause of action. Everything must be handled in one claim where it is about the same cause of action. All those internet and phone service providers being paid off by lawyers to upset myself and others are invited to bugger off immediately- you have been instructed by fools, you are not interesting, you are behaving in a ridiculous manner and you are demonstrating your own lack of intelligence and will not be tolerated any further. What can you say about a department of justice within the Magistrate’s Court of Cape Town that defeats the ends of justice? Throw them all out. Was it not bad enough that the State Prosecutor’s office and the National Prosecutor’s Office did not bother to investigate unlawful affidavits brought before them against me, but persisted also in hacking my accounts for 4 years and stealing from me,harassing my boyfriend and myself with their crap from their dingy court rooms for 4 years and where they belong at Pollsmoor along with the people that they have incarcerated.Many people have successfully overturned the incompetent decisions of the Magistrate’s Court in the Cape High Court and hopefully many more will still.But better than that- they should be thrown out and replaced with competent people with legal academic qualifications.Are they any better than those that they have incarcerated?NO. They used a pretext that I am “dangerous” but had no problem stealing from me for 4 years. Do you steal ideas from people who are dangerous? No you steal from people that can benefit you. It would appear that the Cape Magistrate’s Court are running a charity since they are too fucking lazy to do their own work and for the most part have no legal qualifications to adjudicate anyone let alone a flea. The truth is they are not qualified lawyers and they sit together at dinner parties deciding what to do with people that are smarter than they are. Perhaps Steven Powell of ENS was the last qualified Prosecutor we ever had.

Winning 3 cases was awesome, but my interest is and has always been in civil law.Heading for the big league in the Cape High Court.I don’t work for anyone and I would not ever waste my time running back to any of my ex employers

In 2015, a person by the name of Francois Van Der Westhuizen of Sea Point, came to my Oranjezicht flat by acquaintance of my boyfriend, Ricus. He claimed to be a computer technician who could speed up my PC.As I am and was very tired from my fibroid condition, I fell asleep. While I fell asleep, Mr Van Der Westhuizen stole my flashdrive. If he has extorted any of you for money with the information on my flashdrive- it has nothing to do with me and I never saw any money from it, nor did I request him to do it. It was a matter of theft and I refuse to have anything to do with the idiot.He is also not a friend of Ricus’s and I pray he spends extended time at Pollsmoor.

In late April 2009, after extensive job hunting with no success and no replies in my emails, I secured premises to make ice cream at Barry Berkowitz’s kitchen at the Belmont Hotel. I secured a loan of R5000 from Cynthia Maresky to this purpose. On the day I received the money, the premises were cancelled to me. I pleaded with Cynthia to let me use the money while I job hunted as I had no money. No job arrived despite my extensive efforts. As soon as I secured part time work I attempted to repay Cynthia. Cynthia never called me again and has refused to see me. I allegedly “conned” her out of the money and people were sent to destroy my life as a result. Ms Maresky should be well advised that her hearsay that I am a “slut” should be managed with adult responsibility. THere was never any intention to not repay the money and I received several bullshit emails for years after. The retribution taken out against me as a result of me not BEING ABLE TO REPAY the money quickly was the ruination of my economic prospects by several parties and is entirely unlawful and unjustified.

At this stage I must really thank Patricia De Lille for excluding me from the job market along with that corrupt JP Smith(sarcasm)and I am sure Helen Zille is as thankful (SARCASM)as I am to Ms De Lille and her socialists for wrecking the Province for the last 7 years with their racist agenda.I can think of no better person than Ms De Lille to head up the “transformation “platform for Cape Town , since the only think she has made clear is how much she despises the “Colonialists”(who are long dead)after whom most of the streets and statues were named.And the only thing that has grown is : corruption, fraud, gangsterism and drugs.

It is my humble opionion that Ms De Lille with her trade union and socialist friends including all the budgeting partnerships (including one from Washington DC)is the main person responsible for attempting to ruin Mrs Zille’s career by accusing Mrs Zille of being a greedy capitalist along with the ex Whip Lindiwe Mazibuko who set about defaming Mrs Zille with accusations of Mrs Zille being an “intimidating bully”.
